What's your fav breakfast dish? 

I like many types of breakfast - from thatte idli to puttu with fish or puttu with beef or pork! What else is there? Also, uppma and prior day's fish curry, or egg. 

When I think of restaurants which sell fish, I wish we had more restaurants catering to fresh catch and located by the beach side or river. For example, there's a small restaurant called Kadaloram, located behind Vettucaud church.

And, thinking of this, I thought of an offshoot idea. It's small biz opportunity, for people who are staying close to domestic airport near Shangumugham or people who stay near to the beach.

Here's the plan! 

Prepare fresh fish and puttu or make bread at home and grill some chicken in an air fryer and serve it to people who visit this beach. 

But how to reach out to people. These days marketing is easy, the difficult part is creating a product or service that is not common. If the product is remarkable in its own way, then customers will reach you! Well, that's what I keep seeing and what I believe. ( Remarkable Products) 

Steps to create low-cost marketing ( Cost is your time)

1. Start Google My Business account to set-up your page
2. Get your biz map on google 
3. Start a Facebook Page or Instagram 
4. Share pics of your breakfast and make sure you get reviews.

Attn - Homemakers and Cooks Near Trivandrum Domestic Airport

Btw, is there a way for people who stay close to Trivadrum, domestic airport in Trivandrum earn additional income b'cos of their location? How about using their home and facility and the proximity to airport to earn a side income?

I bet there's a possibility. There are many houses right opposite to Trivandrum airport. Though people who landing here often rush to their vehicles to go home, there will be many who would like to eat something fresh from home or take some tasty food to their hotel.

So, these are options for homemaker staying near domestic airport in Trivandrum do to cater the hungry travelers.

1. If they are good with cooking, then create a menu ( Breakfast to main dishes). It could be typical Indian or give choice to travelers from North India to pack fresh aloo rotti or kulcha with a panner. 

2. For whites, people can set up a typical English breakfast. Imagine if there's a house with a roof overlooking the Arabian sea. Then they can put few tables and keep the place tidy with super clean loo and a resting place. Other combination would be fresh sandwiches, bread and pork, or salads with avocado or make these bacon – salads, burgers, etc.beef – burgers, tacos, sirloin, ete. What about beef and appam. or fish moly? 

Man, there are many things people in that locality can try. Catering to food is one of them. Even a bed and breakfast option for people who have late night flight or early morning flight. What you say? We never know which thing will work. So, give it a try and see. Let me add one more thing here....what if there's a place for good leg massage? It might be something a traveler might look forward to? It might work,

If the place gets popular, you can even deliver the food at the airport, which is currently easily accessible. Also, such take-away place can also arrange transportation to people who arrive to their hotel or house in Trivandrum. 

Btw, I like domestic airport in Trivandrum for the good old feeling. How about you?
