Puttu and Fish What's your fav breakfast dish ? I like many types of breakfast - from thatte idli to puttu with fish or puttu with beef or pork! What else is there? Also, uppma and prior day's fish curry, or egg. When I think of restaurants which sell fish, I wish we had more restaurants catering to fresh catch and located by the beach side or river. For example, there's a small restaurant called Kadaloram, located behind Vettucaud church. And, thinking of this, I thought of an offshoot idea. It's small biz opportunity, for people who are staying close to domestic airport near Shangumugham or people who stay near to the beach. Here's the plan! Prepare fresh fish and puttu or make bread at home and grill some chicken in an air fryer and serve it to people who visit this beach. But how to reach out to people.
