Prioritization of Tasks and Time Management

These days, before I take a task I think twice - whether to do it or get someone to do or just move on unperturbed. This thought stems after coming across this quote and thanks for my friend who keep sending quotes on reading, and life!

So, how do you spend your time? Do you do all things which comes your way? Are you selective your time and the way you dispense your effort?

Btw, when I searched for Kilroy J Oldster, then I came across an the origin  of Kilroy was here, a term that was widely used in different context.
