 This post is based on a Reddit post shared above. It's a post about a good Samaritan who alerted a cop about a man who was wanking next to a lady in a KSRTC bus depot. This man's post gardened many positive responses from the Reddit users. 

KSRTC Bus Stand & Flashing by Men

KSRTC bus stations are notorious for such activity. There are many reasons for it. One is that these places are mostly unkept and has dark corners, especially at night. Moreover, bus stands are places where loafers, drifters, pimps, pick-pockets and crooks hang around, without raising any suspicion. 

 So, what are the usual Violations!
There are men who flash their private , then some men try to rub on, and some put their hands inside their pockets to wank!

So, what's one practical way to reduce such situation? We know that there's a limit to the number of cops who can be given duty at KSRTC depots. So what's the next best way?

Make Masturbation Booths at Bus Stands!

I have read somewhere that in some countries they have masturbation booths for men to wank and relieve their heightened desire. But, will such a concept work in India? Probably, yes! It can work if bus depots or public spaces create some discrete spaces for men to do such jobs. 

Imagine, if there're couple of rooms in men's toilet where they can sit, relax and wank! But, don't call this way! Give a name as closed nano pod for taking forty winks. 

Design of Sleeping or Resting Pods in KSRTC Depot
The sleeping chair inside these rest-rooms should be designed such that makes it easy or suggests men to indulge in self pleasure. These pods will be kept clean, with an attached loo. Also, it will have phone charging facility ond a table to keep latpop to work and a space to read! 

 
Let's Not Call it Wanking Booth, Instead they are Sleep Pods in KSRTC Stands!

To make it attractive, make it a nominal fee, and with a good system to keep it clean. This apart from the purpose of self relieving, it could be used by passengers to take a short rest, change dress, have a good shower, dry well, feel rejuvenated and be back on the feet! 

I don't think, KSRTC by itself has the capability nor the capital or idea to start such a project. It's upto a good Samaritan or a biz, such as mattress company which can create such space for comfort and relaxation. 

While, it's not economical to run a space on rent alone, it could be used for the purpose of branding that biz or part of the social commitment for change. Again, let's take the example of Peps Mattress Brand. If they start a comfort station along with each KSRTC stand, they can name it Peps Pod or Peps Comfort! Something they can get value from!

Another point here! Why can't KSRTC Kerala come with up rest room or dorms in KSRTC bus stands. It can be designed similarly to Yatri Nivas of Indian Railways. 

All major bus stands in each district can make use of rest room or daily room for rent type of accommodation. What do you think? 

Btw, if KSRTC is cash strapped for this project, they can find private players who will invest and KSRTC get a return!

P.S.S - In the initial scheme of things, I was thinking only about mattress company as a potential sponsor for such rooms in KSRTC depots. But, more than mattress company sponsoring the building and maintennce of such rooms, condom companies will be lot more appropriate. 

Imagine, if each such room has a small condom dispenser. Scan the code to get a condom. And, better collaborator would be a se& toy companies, which will have sample objects in such booth to make the play more interesting! What do you think? 

Also, there could be a screen where men can watch some hot videos so that they can relieve themselves without taking much time. 

As I write I get a better plan - Imagine if such booth allow for free usage if the time spend is just under 15 minutes. ( Get the job done, and walk with less tention)
