Making S'pore Clean Every city, or community is guided by certain principle. Sometimes it's the culture built over generations or a new concept is created by a new system or leader. For example of positive culture in Singapore was brought it by the Prime Minister of Singapore in 60's. One aspect of the change he envisioned was a cleaner, and vibrant Singapore. On the same lines, it's time we take departure of the current standards to move forward to a cleaner place.However, we need a leader to take charge of such movement!
